Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during delivery, receiving the wrong item, or a quality concern—please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

We may offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Photos of the product and proof of purchase may be required.
